All damaged artworks must be returned within 30 days of purchase with a dated picture of damge and packing container (Box)for an exchange or a full refund.
Since our pieces are unique in design and content, and can never be reproduced, we offer an automatic exchange of a comparable piece of your choice.
A full refund is granted upon request and return of the item(s) in it's original condition within 30 days of the purchase.

In the event you need to trade or exchange your art for another item;
First, send us an email at service@clunart.com and please, make sure to include name, and address , the SKU numbe, date and amount of puchase and a picture of the original item bought. you must send the new item's information, (including picture). We will then quickly put that piece on hold, awaiting receipt of the original item.

Once the original item is received your new artwork will be be shipped to you within 3 to 5 business days.
However, if there is a difference in pricing, we will place a new purchase order to cover the difference. Your new art will then be sent out with the same shipping timeline of 3 to 5 days of the new purchase item.
Refunds
If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item, a check will be mail to you for a full refund of the purchase price and within 3-5 business days upon your returned item is received in its original condition. All returned items must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
